What to Expect
When you arrive at the Bammel building, go toward the flagpole and come in our main entrance. The Worship Center is through the double doors in the foyer. Bammel is a church that believes God has called us to be a place of social, racial and economic diversity and reconciliation and you’ll see that reflected in our people.
Our Sunday morning services are simple, but very much prayed over. The point of our time together is to worship God. Each one of us. Individually. So everything that is done during that time is with a view toward that goal.
We are a church that believes faith is lived out in community. Isolation tears people down, but community makes them stronger. Community is God's design for us. It is in community that we encourage each other, sympathize with each other, study with each other and grow with each other. Because of that, small groups are essential to the life of Bammel. All of our leaders are a part of small group meetings and we believe it is very important for each member to find that place of belonging as well.
Finally, Bammel is a flawed and fallen church. That is because it is made up of human beings. We all have our good times and our times of struggle in life. So if you're not a perfect person, you'll fit in very well here!
